Join A19 South direction Teeside. Take Peterlee turn-off. Turn right at roundabout, go under bridge (A19), and then take turn-off sign-posted "Shotton Colliery/South West Industrial Estate". Drive for 500m until mini-roundabout. Take first left and after 30m left again into Doxford Drive. We are at the end on the left-hand side.

From the A1 and approximately 12 miles north of Scotch Corner,, take A689 signposted "Hartlepool/Bishop Auckland. Follow direction Hartlepool/Teeside. After about 13 miles join A19 North (Sunderland/Newcastle). After 12 miles take Peterlee turn-off. At roundabout, take first left sign-posted "Shotton Colliery/South West Industrial Estate".
